That’s why we built our own Recovery Lab — complete with an infrared sauna and cold plunge - and a smoothie bar to recharge and refuel the right way. We don’t treat recovery like a side note. It’s part of the plan.
Whether it’s a post-leg-day flush in the cold tub, a guided mobility flow to reset tight hips, or a greens protein shake to balance it all out — we believe recovery should be accessible, habitual, and, frankly, enjoyable.
