small-group classes

strength

Train like an athlete with a strength-focused, functionally-programmed workout. From warmup and plyometrics to power and strength sets, we give you personalized coaching in a small-group setting — with an emphasis on quality and intention behind every movement. And when we say strength, we mean it: you'll be lifting weights with all of our variety of equipment — from dumbells and kettlebells to barbells, benches, and cables, among others. This is training for true longevity and strength, not a cheap sweat.

bags

A high-intensity boxing workout hitting the bags, working the mitts, and moving through full-body drills and exercises. Bags combines boxing technique and conditioning to build the skills and capactiy of a boxer in a fun and friendly environment. Hold nothing back...it's time to leash the beast within.

Get ready to turn it up. BURN is our bootcamp-style, HIIT circuit-training class focused on a mix of explosive power, high-intensity conditioning, and functional strength. Expect creative circuits in a variety of formats that push your pace and mental edge. It's athletic conditioning with a community pulse — a sweat session you’ll actually look forward to.

brainbody strength

Build foundational strength and mind-muscle connection with BrainBody coaches Bri & Bre. This class emphasizes intentional movement, muscle activation, and resilience — designed to unlock better performance and longevity both in and out of the gym.

  • Focus: Activation, stability, and base strength

  • Gear: All tools provided

FLOW is our yoga recharge sessions. Expect mindful movement, intentional breathwork, and dynamic mobility designed to ground your mind and balance your body. Whether you're unwinding or cross-training, it's the perfect pause to keep pushing forward.
